8-Week Course to be Completed in Your Own Kitchen



This course is an instructor-led training experience.

The curriculum is designed to be completed at your own pace in your home kitchen with the exception of five live Zoom sessions with your class.

Additionally, your instructor will be available for regular online office hours.

Total course workload is estimated to be 5-7 hours per week, plus optional extra practice if you want it.

A short project will be assigned the week prior to the first class Zoom session. This can be completed on your own time.
